I am enthusiastic to learn new things and would particularly like to get a job involving

computers. I have gained a lot of knowledge from my courses, and would like to use this in a

practical way.

I work well within a team as well as being able to work individually. I am able to prioritize

what needs to be done first.

I have good time keeping skills. I was never late in my latest job for Tesco which involved

shifts.

I am hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual who can work well on my own

initiative or as part of a team.

I have strong awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace and will always think of others

safety before my own.

Work History:     Tesco Peel Centre in Dumfries: August 2015 to October 2015

 

 Store assistant:

filled shelves which had empty spaces, replaced missing labels on                                          produce and at night I brought deliveries around for night staff and bundled the                  newspapers together to be taken back.

                                     

Anchor Hotel: May 2011 – June 2012

 

Washing dishes, mugs and glasses.

Washed crockery and glasses then took them to the kitchen to be put in                                their rightful places

At the end of the night had to mop the floor.

Work experience in Dumfries

Brought furniture to storage when it has been ordered and also took   furniture from storage to shop floor, had to clean the furniture as well.

 

 

 Millennium Volunteers Silver Award: 2011 to 2012

 

Clearing and repairing footpaths in Rounall Wood, Dalbeattie.

Produced a brochure advertising Rounall Wood (Dalbeattie  Initiative).

Duke of Edinburgh Award: Bronze – 2009.

 

Hobbies, Sports and Interests: Guitar (grade 5) and piano (grade 4/5) played in School bands “Black Lightning” and “Dr Robotniks World of Rock”, cycling, reading, skiing

(intermediate level), listening to music, badminton, tennis, sailing, (RYA level  2), competitive team based gaming such as Counter Strike: Global Offensive and DoTA 2.
